I personally use aweber. If you would like to check it our for yourself go to LoriLikes.me/aweber.
You can start a $1 trial offer and then it is only $19 per month. You will pay more as your email list grows.
Aweber allows you to use tags to create list segments, so you can customize how you stay in contact with the various groups of people on your email list.
